Agreement Overview

By booking a session, paying a retainer, or accessing your gallery, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both you and Kacie Rose Photography and ensure a smooth, professional experience for all clients.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time.
The remaining balance is due before the session date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your session is not officially booked until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

Accepted payment methods include cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

Failure to submit payment on time will result in cancellation of your session and forfeiture of your retainer.
Sessions may be rescheduled at the Photographer’s discretion once payment is received in full and scheduling availability allows.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable, but one reschedule may be permitted if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
Reschedules are subject to availability.
Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will forfeit the retainer.

Kacie Rose Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, or circumstances beyond control.

Session Details

Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
Every effort will be made to capture a variety of images, but specific poses, expressions, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Raw or unedited images are not released under any circumstances.

Image Delivery

Final digital galleries are delivered via Pixieset within approximately 2–3 weeks of your session.
Galleries remain active for 120 days from the delivery date. A reactivation fee may apply after expiration.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all images. Kacie Rose Photography is not liable for loss of files after delivery.

Editing & Artistic Rights

Kacie Rose Photography retains full creative control over image selection and editing style.
Additional editing requests, such as object removal or extensive retouching, may incur an additional fee.
Editing will not include significant body alterations or composite work unless previously agreed upon.

Copyright & Usage

All images remain the intellectual property of Kacie Rose Photography and are protected by U.S. copyright law.
Clients receive personal use rights only—allowing printing and personal sharing of images.

Images may not be sold, altered, or submitted to third parties, contests, or publications without written consent.
When sharing online, photo credit (tagging or mention of @KacieRosePhotography) is appreciated and encouraged.

Model Release

By participating in a session, you grant Kacie Rose Photography permission to use images for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless you decline in writing prior to your session.

Liability

Kacie Rose Photography will take all reasonable care but is not responsible for circumstances beyond control such as weather, accidents, or technical malfunctions.
In the rare event that images cannot be delivered due to unforeseen failure, liability is limited to a refund of all payments received.

Print Products

All print and product orders are final and non-refundable once submitted.
Please note that color and tone may vary slightly between digital files and printed materials due to monitor and printer differences.

Privacy

Client information is used solely for communication, invoicing, and delivery of services.
Kacie Rose Photography does not sell, share, or distribute client data or images without consent.

Agreement

By booking a session, submitting payment, or accessing your Pixieset gallery, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
